People. Purpose. Possibilities.

Your story matters.
Your next chapter matters, too.

You do not need to have every answer before taking a first step. Whether you are looking for direction, meaningful connections or a way to contribute, there are possibilities worth exploring.

Our mission

There is possibility
in the process.

The Potter Project is a purpose-centered community initiative under Fresh Batch Innovations, built on the belief that every person has value, a story worth honoring and possibilities worth exploring.

Some people are starting over. Some are searching for direction. Some simply want to find where their gifts can make a difference. We are building welcoming opportunities to reflect, connect, learn, serve and take practical steps toward a meaningful next chapter.

Why the Potter?

Our name draws inspiration from Jeremiah 18:1–6: a potter working with clay, forming it with intention. That faith foundation is part of our story. Our welcome extends to people from every background—faith is not a requirement for information, participation or nonreligious community resources.

We do not define your purpose for you. We help create space, tools and community for discovery.

Find Your Next Step

You can start right where you are.

Explore what you bring, what matters to you, and what a meaningful next step might look like. We are developing reflection tools and community pathways to help you begin.

01

Reflect

Consider the season you are in, the experiences that have shaped you, and the strengths you carry.

02

Connect

Explore community, shared interests and opportunities to learn or contribute as partnerships develop.

03

Take a step

Choose one practical action that fits your life. Your next step can be small and still matter.

We are currently welcoming general program-interest inquiries. Personal discovery calls and placements are not guaranteed. Please keep messages general and leave out medical records, diagnoses, trauma details or other sensitive information.
